To take advantage of one of our great opportunities a small fee is payable to Global Access Properties as a sourcing fee and a small reservation fee payable to the developer to reserve your desired plot. Legal fees and an independent RICS valuation costs are also payable but that’s it. No huge deposit required, thanks to the negotiated assisted deposit.  

Who we are:

Global Access Properties is a sole trading business. Mr Richard Bassford is the sole proprietor of the business which was set up in July 2009. Richard Bassford has been involved with property investment since his childhood, helping with his father’s building company. Richard Bassford is a successful property investor, buying his first house when he was 22 and steadily building up a sound property investment portfolio. We have a small dedicated team of sales executives and support administrators to assist you through the process of investing in property and building your portfolio in the UK or overseas.

Global Access Properties Ltd was registered as a new company in November 2009 but it was decided that Global Access Properties should remain a sole trading company and so Global Access Properties Ltd did not trade and has since been officially struck off the Companies House Register.
